PSP Go - PSP's newest model

By

Hello PSP Addicts! Your favorite leisure game now hasĀ  a new model.

Presenting the "PSP Go".
This short details will give us a helpful information about this new PSP:

PSP Go will have at least the same media features as the existing models, such as video, music and photo files support. But these additional features will help you decide whether to switch or stay.

1. PSP Go has a 3.8 inch wide screen compare to previous models (4.3 inch), which means it is much lighter.

2. It's design is similar to Sony Mylo where the screen slides up to reveal the controls. (Which I think is much better like having a full PS2 controller.)

3. It has a 16GB of built-in flash memory and it's expandable via Memory Stick Micro.

4. This is the sad part, PSP Go has no UMD (Universal Media Disc) anymore (maybe to increase battery life), which means you can no longer use your existing games(too bad). The games for this model will be downloaded from the PlayStation Store.

5. In addtion to its incredibly Wi-Fi support, PSP-Go has now a bluetooth capability. Which means you can now connect your bluetooth devices such as headphones and speakers. Wow!

These information is only partial, and some of its unique features will only be revealed at the prescon tomorrow.
Though this new PSP model is not yet in the market, it will surely be released before this year ends.

I think I will like the PSP Go, because I don't already have a lot of discs. However, some people are suggesting that ppeople just get a PSP-3000 and save money. I'll have to think about it. - Carol
